We at Signature Salon & Day Spa strive to exceed your expectations and
give you the best possible experience.
In order to assure all of our guests receive this
experience we ask that a few policies be observed.  

   

Signature Salon & Day Spa effective  Nov. 1st 2010


Arrivals:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for a stress-free check in. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for the full service fee and/or scheduling of appointment.
 
Appointments: Due to the popularity of our services, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance.  Walk-ins will  be taken if time allows  or you may  schedule an appointment .
 
Appointment Deposits: Any appointment with a value of $50.00 or 90 minutes requires a  Credit Card deposit or valid gift certificate that covers 50% of the full service cost .If appointments are not cancelled by conditions below your deposit will not be refunded.
  
Appointments & Cancellations: Since our priority is to provide personal services to our clients, no-shows and cancellations affect our staff and our other clients greatly. We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up and we are happy to reschedule your appointments with a 2 hour notice. If a 2hour cancellation is not given to us, we ask for a credit card to hold future scheduled appointments. Appointments you select are reserved especially for you, therefore we ask for a 2hour cancellation notice or the amount of the service will be charged. Group, packages or multiple services require 24 hours cancellation notice.
  
Appointment Scheduling:  Please let us know all the services you would like to receive so enough time is scheduled for your needs.  We may not be able to accommodate added service if not scheduled in advance.
 
Payments: We currently accept cash, and personal checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 fee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery are subject to a 3% fee.
 
Professional Retail Policy: We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Quality Service Policy: If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us immediately and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.
 
Health Concerns: If you have any health conditions that may affect your visit with us, please inform us when scheduling an appointment.
 
Children: Please understand that the Salon and Spa are considered a retreat for many parents, and unattended children can be very disruptive to the environment. We ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult for their scheduled appointments. Children are not to be unattended in waiting area.  Disruptive children may require you to reschedule your appointment.
    
Cell Phones: Some services may require you to turn off your cell phone as it may interfere with your services and timing of service.

The salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles in the salon and spa areas.

No pets allowed in the service area as a safety pre-caution for both client and service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customers.  Refusal of service is warranted where a customer’s presence in the salon & spa detracts from the safety, welfare, and well-being of other patrons and the salon & spa itself. 

                                                                                                                                               

Nail Clients:

Before beginning  service, please wash your hands thoroughly and brush your cuticles under the nail area or free edge. Dry your hands completely with paper towels.
 
Please pay  before service. This will help you as a client from any accident to the finish product.

When leaving the service area, please let us assist you with your belongings.  We encourage you to allow polished nails and top coat to dry as long as it takes.  The nail dryers are provided to you as a free service,  If ample time is not allowed we will not be  responsible for major or minor accidents and a $5.00 to $10.00 fee will be charged to access and fix accidents.  If time does not permit us to work on your accidents that day please schedule an appointment.
 


General:  Some services will require you to fill out an intake form for our salon and spa use only.  Information will not be shared. Your privacy on all intake forms will be protected.
